Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

Remote or Outstation Areas: Delivery may take 7–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid at the time of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.

You can track your shipment using the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.

Address & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays & Issues

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, Softspun.in is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@softspun.in with pictures of the package and items received.
